Frequently Asked
Questions
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Your free trial lasts fourteen days. During that time you get access to all of PleadingPower’s forms; every library we have is opened to you. We encourage you to explore, use, and test PleadingPower to make sure it’s a good fit for your firm. If PleadingPower is not to your liking, we apologize for disappointing you, but would love to hear your thoughts as to how we could improve.
What are the monthly costs after the free trial expires?
Pricing is based upon the number of libraries you choose. For a monthly account, the price to access PleadingPower for each user is $199 per month for the first library, an additional $166 each month for a second library, and $135 additionally each month for the third library. Should you need more than 3 libraries contact us for special pricing. In addition, please reach out to us for special discounts if you will have more than 10 users in the same firm.
What is the difference between the monthly and annual subscriptions?
You will save money by selecting an annual plan over a monthly plan. It’s the equivalent of getting two months for free each year. Each month, as a monthly subscriber, you pay for only the library or libraries you desire. At the beginning of each new monthly period (determined by the day upon which you enroll) you are billed for the libraries in which you are a member. You may add to your library collection at any time.
What if I decide to cancel my subscription?
Regardless of whether you choose the monthly or annual subscription, you may cancel at any time before the new period begins. Simply notify us that you have decided not to renew. That said, neither monthly nor annual subscribers receive a refund for any time remaining on their subscriptions at the time of cancellation.
What libraries Are available?
PleadingPower consists of an ever-growing number of forms for use in Florida courts, held within topic specific libraries. Currently those libraries include: General Civil, Probate, and Guardianship. More libraries are anticipated to be added soon. Adoption and Family Law will be the next libraries released…but should we hear a plurality of users requesting a different area of law, we are likely to attempt to accommodate them.
Does PleadingPower offer onboarding or support?
We offer all of our customers onboarding and support at no additional cost. We want to help you be successful with this tool. Our team is reasonably quick to respond if you run into any issues.
Does PleadingPower have a referral program?
Yes! We want both you and your friends to benefit from the use of PleadingPower. For each user that you refer to us that joins PleadingPower and stays at least two months, you will get one free month of the library of your choosing.
Does this work for jurisdictions other than Florida?
Sadly, no. PleadingPower libraries are not presently designed for any state other than Florida.
